The Problem with “Exaggeration”

Information continues to “leak” from the investigation into the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO. One thing is certain: some people are lying, and we don’t know who it is. In fact, we may never be absolutely certain about who is lying. In the end, though, the problem is that some people seem to be constitutionally unable to tell the truth – usually in an attempt to avoid responsibility for their actions. Until we move beyond that self-centered point in our evolution we will be unable to solve many of our problems.
