It is almost impossible to make progress on the spiritual path until you have at least some sense that you are okay. Time after time I have seen people chasing spirituality like a dog chasing its tail only to sabotage themselves again and again because they don’t believe they deserve progress on the path. The spiritual path is your birthright! Throw away the old tapes, get help to do so if you need it, and move from being your own worst enemy to being your own best friend!
