Daily Teaching for Tuesday, July 30th

Most of us vastly underestimate the things we do well. An interesting exercise is to sit down and make a list of the things you did well at the end of each day. Do this for at least one month. Don’t leave out even the smallest accomplishment. Did you get dressed in the morning and leave without missing any essential articles of clothing such as shoes? (If you forget an accessory, that doesn’t count. Don’t be so hard on yourself.) Then you did that well. Did you eat lunch without requiring medical intervention? Then you did that well. Did you sleep without falling out of bed last night? Another thing well done! This exercise will help us all see ourselves for the competent individuals we are!
