Daily Teaching for Monday, July 22nd

We can choose to perseverate on the “why” questions of life – why did I have the accident, why did the tornado hit my house, why did she get that diagnosis, and so on – or we can spend the energy we might devote to those unanswerable questions to deciding how we move forward with our life in spite of its changes and chances. Only the latter is a productive and ultimately healthy choice.
