Blaming the black man, the brown man, the white man, the red man, the yellow man, the green man, the orange man, or any other ethic group is always inaccurate and always morally wrong. The only thing it accomplishes is increased division, suspicion, and hatred. Such tactics are the sole property of the small-minded, ineffective, and impotent.
