Daily Teaching for Sunday, July 7th

Yesterday’s Asiana Airlines crash in San Francisco served as a reminder that people are always much more interested in placing blame than caring for survivors – almost as if they believe the pilot of that plane decided that it was a good day to crash just for giggles. Perhaps that is the real tragedy, that in America the lust to crucify exceeds the ability to offer compassion. Such a very Christian nation we are.
