Sometimes the things we resist are the things that contain our growing edges. Some things we resist should be avoided. For example, if doing something causes us physical pain then we should stop doing it until we see the doctor to be sure there isn’t a larger problem behind our pain. Other things we resist that don’t cause physical pain but that we just don’t like doing them may very well be revealing to us areas of growth that need to occur. The only way to know is to step out of our comfort zone and try them!
