Daily Teaching for Wednesday, April 3rd

I can’t stress enough the importance of psychological health. We inhabit a culture where the pace of life may be our biggest silent stressor. Many of us carry baggage from our past and resist looking at it because we want to avoid the pain of the process. Unfortunately, avoiding that temporary pain means accepting ongoing pain and dysfunction. It also means being a destructive force to ourselves, family, friends, acquaintances, and careers. Therapy is good.
