Daily Teaching for Tuesday, June 10th

In general, we would be better served by getting in touch with our circumstances and our feelings about them before we set out trying to change them. Often times we set about changing the wrong things because we haven’t really discerned what the problem is. Learning to sit with a bit of discomfort allows us the time to identify the problem and the solution before acting!
