It doesn’t matter how spiritually adept you are, we all have our bad moments and bad days. We all have times we respond in a way we wish we hadn’t, or are short with a friend or loved one, flip someone off in traffic, or tell someone to attempt aerial coitus with a tumbling pastry.* At those moments, don’t feel bad – congratulate yourself! Not only are you a human being, you have more grist for the mill of spiritual practice!
